"When I called about the Zebra part, Jeff told me when he could be here and that he would call when he arrived. Had the problem fixed in no time and then came over here to give me the service ticket. Jeff's appearance and demeanor were neat as a pin. Both of you are great to work with and we have had no problem calling either of you to come fix a problem. If the problem can't be solved, you guys always have a solution and help us any way you can. As you know, I don't hold back. Many times we called and have been helped over the phone, if we call and you are out, we leave a message and you always call us back. And as you know, I do have both cell numbers.
